Playa Vista Equities ("PVE") is pleased to announce the acquisition of a California Statewide Regional Center, to be named "PVE West Regional Center". PVE West will be utilized to sponsor PVE's pipeline of EB-5 Projects in California, as well as to sponsor third-party EB-5 projects for developers looking to utilize the EB-5 capital markets for their projects.
Building on the success of Merced Station, PVE intends to introduce several comparable EB-5 projects throughout the State of California. The primary focus of PVE's EB-5 Project division remains to continue to facilitate U.S. job-creation through investment and to reduce immigration and investment risk while maximizing return-on-investment for EB-5 investors worldwide.
In addition, PVE will now sponsor EB-5 projects operated by third-parties in California on a selective basis. PVE will offer its proprietary investor relations software, marketing and capital raising expertise, and risk mitigation services to each project, which will help set them apart in this highly competitive market.
Bobby Laughlin, CEO of Playa Vista Equities, comments:
"We couldn't be happier with how the entire agreement came to fruition. Bernard Rojano of Xecute Business Plan Solutions should get all the credit. His persistence and professionalism is why this all came together. The acquisition will help reduce the cost structure of operating EB-5 projects for PVE by bringing all EB-5 Regional Center costs in-house, while simultaneously enabling PVE to enter into another market which is ripe for innovation - the third-party EB-5 project sponsorship market. We are very excited to be in a position to add value to the EB-5 community and look forward to continuing to innovate within this exciting and important capital market."
